The influence of alternating magnetic field stimulationon the results of thermographic examination
Keywords:

Summary:
The aim of this study was to estimate the influence of alternating magnetic field stimulation on the results of thermographic examination of upper limbs in a group of 10 patients. Immediately before and after the magnetotherapy session the patients have been subjected to a thermographic examination (AGEMA) of the temperature distribution in the upper limbs. Magnetic field stimulation was performed by means of the VIOFOR JPS system using the M1P2 programme at the I-2 intensity level. The thermographic studies were performed using the Thermovision 870 camera (AGEMA) in a themostated chamber (21-22oC).
